Thank you for your interest in registering to attend a Sugar Surfing Workshop to be held in Portland, Oregon on September 8, 2018. Stephen W. Ponder, MD FAAP CDE will be your speaker and facilitator for this event.

Steve has been recognized for his impact on diabetes care as the 2018 Diabetes Educator of the Year by the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE). This organization represents more than 14,000 Certified Diabetes Educators located throughout the USA.

The Sugar Surfing workshop will take place at Sunset Presbyterian Church in Portland, Oregon. Admission is $25 for an individual, $35 for two, and $50 per family of 3 or more. All tickets are non-refundable.

 

We offer both college student and military discounts of $10 off your workshop ticket. There will be a 'Discount Code' box during the ticket purchasing process, enter either "college student" or "military", whichever is applicable to you to receive your discount. Please be prepared to show your college/military ID at check-in if you have chosen to take advantage of this special offer.

Child care is NOT provided at this event.

On-site checkin and the exhibitor section open at 12:00pm. 

 

The workshop will begin promptly at 1pm and ends at 4pm (includes 20 minute intermission)
